I've been looking like crazy for this one song that was featured on the Season 2 Finale of The Hills. This is how it goes:

It was played when Heidi pulled up to the new apartment that Spencer got her. Does anyone know what song this is !?

In the last episode of season three, Spencer goes to Bolthouse to see Heidi, but she's gone. He leaves and this song starts playing, I can't remember the exact lyrics, but it talks about in the air, something's gonna change, every man and every woman....
