same song on season 2 -12 &season 3-1 with lyrics "Save me, save me..."

I've read the board/ posts, and it doesn't seem like anyone has asked this question in particular. I might be overlooking it, but I've searched and searched; even typed in the partial lyrics, and I still can't seem to find anything about this song.

I first heard the song playing on episode 12 of season 2, when Heidi is leaving with Spencer in the U haul truck , and the lyrics say "Save me, Save me from this lonely place where all the things that matter inside, are fading."

Then, the same song plays on episode 1 of season 3, when Heidi is telling Spencer who she is inviting to her housewarming party and she then goes to invite Audrina and Lauren.

I love it, so if you could help me out, I'd appreciate it.
