hi guys im new and im doing a project on french music so id really appreciate if u guys could give me your imput on wut genres are most popular. An what songs and artists that are most popular. if u can help thanks

There is the classical "Chanson" which is very popular with artists like Renaud for example. Among the youth HipHop is very big too. It's mostly influenced by Arabians living in France. My favourite french rappers are Rohff and Sniper.
