How many languages do you have on your iPod/iTunes?
Hey everyone. I thought it would be interesting to see what kind of music everyone is listening to. You can do language, country, number of songs, whatever.
& maybe people can also suggest music in certain languages for us to listen to
So, I have songs in:
English
Spanish
Italian
Romanian
Portuguese
French
German
Arabic
Piedmontese
Farsi
Turkish
Russian
Polish
Dutch (just one )
Albanian (also just one)

Well, let me think.
English - Very different genres
German - 95% rap 5 % rock
Bulgarian - Sad & hip - hop
Italian - Just one - rock
Spanish - Sad & hip - hop
Greek - Most of them sad
French - Sad ones /most of them/
Russian - Sad again
Portuguese - Sad......
Arabic - When I'm in good mood. =)
Persian - For good mood as well
Serbian - Again for good mood
Romanian - Trance & techno
Swedish - Electro
Icelandic - Post rock, ambient, alternative rock, trip hop. etc.
Well, not a lot, but all very cool ones!

Grr
I've some in..
German
Greek
Icelandic
Romanian
Ukranian
Turkish
Serbian
oh yeah and English too.
Then a lot more artists of more nationalities that sing in english. Why, I don't know.
I think the main problem is trying to find songs from other countries.
Even though it's so much more easier with our new age technology and stuff, it still poses a problem with regards to getting foreign music. For me, anyway!
Like I find that iTunes takes a while to get the music online and available for the public and then those songs bought in iTunes Plus, wont register on your ipod normally, you have to include them in a playlist and only then will you be able to find it.
Then there's Napster.. but their files wont even be converted into the right file type to go on your ipod.
Limewire.. well the stupid thing doesn't work for me
I recently found this new thing called IMesh. It includes live chat and stuff. I've only managed to find one foreign song I was looking for. But I think that's because someone else on IMEsh has to have uploaded that song already into their personal IMesh library. So it's pretty difficult after all that!
Do we have a forum in which we can look for music in?? In the hope other members will have it?? Ah, then I guess that would be illegal somewhat..
Bummer lol.

My list is pathetically short, compared to most of you ... but I have English, Spanish, French, Moldovan, Russian and Ukrainian.

I have a 'legal' suggestion, if you want to check it out I usually recommend Media Club (in Ukraine) because they have music from 100 or more countries. Also what's great is that you don't need a monthly subscription, no software to install, no pop-up ads, and it's cheap, 10-20 cents per song. You can select single songs or the whole album. You can also preview a song, but it loads the whole preview before it plays, so it's a little slow. Otherwise I love this site.
Here's the link again, so you can see it
