i play drums and love it
and there are some easy beats but when u bump it up to syncopation (sp?) triplets and double bass it gets complicated.

I play drums, I've been playing drums for 25 years now and I'm pretty good at it but if I was crap after 25 years of playing, I'd consider giving up...


I play improv jazz/lounge/blues/rock/metal/industrial when I practice and thrash/death metal when I gig.

Actually, drums are still hard to play, even if you're half decent.

You have different time signatures to learn once you've mastered 4/4 time and waltz (3/4), paradiddles, rattamaques and other such rolls.



Just because you hit drums, don't underestimate them as easy.
