Help Me Find The Name Arabic/Spanish? Mix

I was given an unlabeled CD of a very house music/club music mix in Arabic and/or Spanlish or maybe Greek. The lady says "girna" or "guerna" through the first 1/3rd of the song. At different parts of the song, a little baby voice says "Yes" (my favorite part). Is this Elissa or Alabina? What is the name of the song. I have searched the internet for one month for the name of at least the song. Still can't find it. Thanks.
