Dingo song to English or, perhaps, Dutch

Earlier this month I was at the wedding of my nephew and a nice Finnish young woman on Suomenlinna in Helsinki. There a song was performed by 2 young men that very visibly raised a lot of emotion among the Finnish listeners. We, my Dutch family and me, didn't understand a word of it, of course.
It turned out to be a song of the Finnish group Dingo: Kulkuri ja kaunotar.
We really would like to know what this song is about, so a translation would be very appreciated.

Yes indeed, Suomenlinna was a great setting for a wedding. Nice old buildings and trees in beautiful autumn colors (yellows). Even the weather was OK with bright sunny periods.
