Well, I tried to translate the song because I love Sigur Rós, too. I got the point but there are some phrases which are no connected to the previous ones. Anyway that's the way I've translated the song. (I've translated it first into German (because I have a very good Icelandic-German dictionary), then - into Bulgarian and at the end - into English). Sorry for the bad translation.
P.S. I know, my English is awful.
Sjáum yfir rá
We see over spars
Sjóinn skerum frá
a sea, we're cutting from
Viđ siglum mastri trú
We're sailing on the mast of faith (???)
Seglum ţöndum
We're sailing, stretching ourselves
Međ stýrimann í brú
to the steersman on the bridge.
Viđ siglum í land
We're sailing on the land
Í stórgrýti og sand
on a big stone, on the sand
Viđ vöđum í land
We're wading into land
Ófremdarástand
unknown place
Já anskotann
Yes, ...
Feginn fann ég ţar
I felt myself happy there.
Ţökkum ákaflega
We are really thankful
Í skjóli neyđarhúss
in the pail of disaster's house.
Og viđ sváfum
And we slept / felt asleep
Stórviđri ofsađi út
the scary storm was outside / far away.

И си спомних за тебе. Къде си?
Не усети ли летния дъжд?
Не дочу ли как в нашата есен
шумолеше отдавнашна ръж?
