I randomly heard this band on a website and I think I have fallen in love with them, but I have no idea what they are saying Could someone translate this song please? Thanks!=)

Well, I tried to translate the song because I love Sigur Rós, too. I got the point but there are some phrases which are no connected to the previous ones. Anyway that's the way I've translated the song. (I've translated it first into German (because I have a very good Icelandic-German dictionary), then - into Bulgarian and at the end - into English). Sorry for the bad translation.
P.S. I know, my English is awful.

a sea, we're cutting from
Við siglum mastri trú
We're sailing on the mast of faith (???)
Seglum þöndum
We're sailing, stretching ourselves
Með stýrimann í brú
to the steersman on the bridge.

We're sailing on the land
Í stórgrýti og sand
on a big stone, on the sand
Við vöðum í land
We're wading into land
Ófremdarástand
