نميدانم چه ميخواهم بگويم
زبانم در دهان باز بسته است
در تنگ قفس باز است وافسوس
که بال مرغ آوازم شکسته است

غمي در استخوانم مي گدازد
خيال نا شناسي آشنا رنگ
گهي مي سوزدم گه مي نوازد

پريشان سايه اي آشفته آهنگ
ز مغزم مي تراود گيج وگمراه
چو روح خوابگردي مات و مدهوش
که بي سامان به ره افتد شبانگاه
درون سينه ام درديست خونبار
که همچون گريه ميگيرد گلويم
غمي آشفته دردي گريه آلود
نميدانم چه مي خواهم بگويم

Hi my friend, actually it's a poem.

نميدانم چه ميخواهم بگويم
I do not know what I am going to say
زبانم در دهان باز بسته است
My tongue is sealed, when my mouth is not sealed
در تنگ قفس باز است وافسوس
The cage's closed door is open (now), alas
که بال مرغ آوازم شکسته است
The wing of my chanting bird is broken
نميدانم چه ميخواهم بگويم
I do not know what I am going to say
غمي در استخوانم مي گدازد
A sorrow is burning in my bones
خيال نا شناسي آشنا رنگ
An unfamiliar dream with familiar colours
گهي مي سوزدم گه مي نوازد
Sometimes burns me, and other times makes music on me

پريشان سايه اي آشفته آهنگ
A bewildered shadow, out of tune
ز مغزم مي تراود گيج وگمراه
Emanates from my mind, confused and wasted
چو روح خوابگردي مات و مدهوش
Like a wandering ghost, perplexed and mesmerized
که بي سامان به ره افتد شبانگاه
Which takes a road to nowhere in the nighttime
درون سينه ام درديست خونبار
Deep inside of my chest, there is a bleeding pain
که همچون گريه ميگيرد گلويم
Which makes me choke just like a sob
غمي آشفته دردي گريه آلود
A stunned sorrow, a weeping pain
نميدانم چه مي خواهم بگويم
I do not know what I am going to say

is the poet talking about love, because it doesn't make sense to me what he's talking about

No, just like the poem, the poet is in a state of confusion.
He can't express his true feelings. They're probably about pains and sorrows of this life.

Some notes:

The poet in nearly all of his poems talks about obscure feelings.
Some critics state that those feelings could be because of the poet's thorny life.

There are some solutions for the meanings of them:

1- The wandering spirit of the poet: it means that he can't be sure about his own feelings.

2- The unknown pains and sorrows (possibly because of his broken heart)

I don't know the sense. But I know the feeling of the impossibility expressing the own experiences, minds and feelings to other people. I like song and lyrics.
