yes, it seems like Polish. unfortunately i don't know polish, but as it's our neighbour, Polish is very similar to ukrainian/ in some words i can tell u that he's singing about a man, who seems to be ideal, also he knows his road, which he has already chosen himself ))
Anyway, originally written polish doesn't look like this, it has lots of strokes on the top of the letters and even on the letters/
i'm not sure this can help u, but i'm glad to do that u even just on 5 % ))))

by Myslovitz ( english variant )/ YES!!!! this one is a POLISH VARIANT!!!! it's definitely, u can trust me/ it's really so. all that staff about a road, a man to chose it/ so u weren't wrong/
if u want, i can send u an english variant of this song (text) it will be the same. as somebody translates it from this polish variant/ ( i wonder how can they do that without strokes above the letters ! )
But , u have choice, maybe someone will translate it from ur polish text, so, it will be the same/

Polish seemed hard to me, because as far as I see they use many consonants together.I am not used to that.

yes, lots of consonants, but it doesn't mean that all of them are pronounced )) for example the word Zawsze is read as { zavshe} (like an english word with pronunsiation of last letter E ) it's not difficult to pronounce, but to remember all those combinations. But for slavic people it's easier, languages are similar ( russian, ukrainian, bielorussian) /
difference is only in the althabet, it has latin althabet/ anyway, don't be sad. glad to help u )))
