in the way it is must be done
Namorar is a complex verb in brazil: all depends of context fall in love, flirt, find a boyfriend/girlfriend, date, hang out, hook-up. Well, the verb-slang ficar is used exclusively hook-up, no strings, etc. I already used "fall in love" in Xote das meninas to express purity. Here it's possible to see this sense too. When they sing já sei beijar de lingua, they expressing that the person has matured already. It's a cruel doubt for adolescents to know french-kissing because french-kissing is a sign of maturement among them
Some decades ago, namorar was something really serious, and to some rare families is still that way, and all young lads used to tremble in their legs before asking the girl's father to allow her to date.
I'd rather see Como Deus quiser as Seja como Deus Quiser.
