I agree about the pronunciation explanations on that site. If you're not familiar with those rules in English you won't know how to pronounce.

For what you asked, for example, I would tell you that you read the word as it is written. Letter by letter. For the specific letters in this words:

Bună- ă is pronounced as you pronounce the e in mother, father

Mulțumesc- ț is a specific sound a combination of the letters t+z. If you are to pronounce this two sounds connected, it results in the sound for ț.
