Abstract multi-layered poetry is almost impossible to translate, but here goes my try. It's a very literal translation, I tried to convey the wording alongside with the meaning, fearing that I didn't understand the deeper meaning of the song too well. Each line in the original text is a line in the translation.

I didn't understand whether by the meaning of "to fold" is the literal one (as in to fold clothes) or the abstract one (to shut down). I translated using the latter. If the former was intended, replace "desfiinţăm" with "împăturim".
