well.. it is similar in a way that both are used to end a letter
however, srce si literally means "you're a heart" but should be translated as: "you're a darling"
It's used for example when you ask someone to help you with something and than instead of "thank you in advance", you say "you're (such) a darling"

tongue can mean language in English too, you know. "mother tongue" etc.

You have to take it from context whether they mean you like Balkan tongues (they're more fun to kiss or something) or you like Balkan languages (you're learning them)
