Default I need some help

I`ve already translated most of the text of this Baja`s song, but I have some difficulties with `kako kada` and `kako kome` in the beginning... what`s the exact translation of these phrases? help me please

Sunce kisa, kako kada
sreca tuga, kako kome
jedan vise lom u srcu je mom
slomila si ti granu ljubavi

Ref.
Harala si mojom dusom
mojom dusom i mislima
a jos uvek tebe volim
i zivim u oblacima

Leto zima, kako kada
pesme suze, kako kome
nisam vise svoj, a nisam ni tvoj
uzela si ti snove ljubavi

Sunce kisa, kako kada
Sun, rain, sometimes
sreca tuga, kako kome
happiness, sadness, how to whom
jedan vise lom u srcu je mom
one more break in my heart
slomila si ti granu ljubavi
you've broken love branch

Ref.
Harala si mojom dusom
You devastated my soul
mojom dusom i mislima
my soul and minds
a jos uvek tebe volim
and I still love you
i zivim u oblacima
and live in clouds

Leto zima, kako kada
Summer, winter, sometimes
pesme suze, kako kome
sons, tears, how to whom
nisam vise svoj, a nisam ni tvoj
I'm not myself, and I'm not yours too
uzela si ti snove ljubavi
you've taken dreams of love

*kako kada would actually mean sometimes like this and sometimes like that but I think that when I say only sometimes you'll know what I mean.
*kako kome would mean that to someone this is like that, and to someone else it's on the other way and I think that translation how to whom is alright here.

Harala si mojom dusom = you were raging through my soul
mojom dusom i mislima = through my soul and thoughts
a jos uvek tebe volim = but you're still the one I love
i zivim u oblacima = and I live in clouds (imagination)

Leto zima, kako kada = sometimes summer, sometimes winter
pesme suze, kako kome = some get songs (music), some get tears
