    Question Electro-pop-ish song, female singer, sounds like "can't make a cold heart fall"

    Heard this song at Kohl's, can't find it anywhere else. The only words I can somewhat make out are "can't make a cold heart fall"... hard to tell. But I like the sound of the song. Upbeat, electro-pop-ish. Almost sounds like Ellie Goulding...but not sure. Help would be appreciated.
