need to find song title/artist....PLEASE!!!

i heard this song on the radio...i've heard it b4...but never knew the title or artist. the song is now stuck in my head!!!! it sounds kinda new age...like enya or somethin...i cought a few of the lyrics(i think?). it almost sounds arabic/eyptian? well...here goes.

there are both male and female vocals....the female vocals do most/all? the arabic stuff. the male does the english vocals with some hint of female/mid alto male? in the background. if ne1 can give me either an artist name or song title...or even somethin to help me begin my search...that would be great!!!
