song and artist help

Hey guys. Im trying to identify this song i heard...it is an older song i believe and i just remember the man saying "practical...logical". He also says a whole bunch of other words that either end in "able" or "ical" like... I think..."magical, respectable"...that sort of thing. Anyways if you know the song please let me know. Thanks!
