hi, looking for a song it could either be from the 70's or 80's, has female vocals, but i'm not sure whether it's a group or a single artist, i'm not sure of the lyrics at all, but i will describe them as best i can and maybe it will be familiar to some, (("I SAY HOLD UP, YOU SAY WHAT UP, I SAY...."))? "note" that the lyric "hold-up" might be what up, but i'm not sure thats the correct lyrics but thats best as i can remember from memory??
