Hi! There isnt Ş=Sh=Sch sound in Greek. And also X(h) sound is more powerful. turkish h is weak. and ts() sound in greek is lisp but in turkish normal like in chair.
I'm studying at Greek lang. & literature in Ankara university. these r true.
The above I don't know them at all (or immagine the equivalent Greek words).
And with the following you mean???
cambaz - tzambazis (tsambatsis???)
apacul tsapatulis (tspatsoulis??)
atra patra tsatra pat (you certainly mean tsatra-patra)
adır tsiantiri (you mean tsantiri)
This is something we don't use (if you mean something like Kapali carsi, then no we don't use it)
arşı charsi
hey TZINA you may right...
i m sure that they are common words.. but they may have ERORS in greek words...
its about the website that i took them.. they wrote some letters wrong.
but i know some of them in my mind:
(i learned them with my greek roomate on market, on cafe or any place else)
)
TURKISH-GREEK:
tavla - tavli
zar - zari
kaşar - kasari (cheese)
cep - tsepi
karpuz - karpuzi
marul - maruli
cezve - tzezves
.......
