There are too many songs called "ANTIO".....
The only "classic" Ι know is one interpreted by Marinella
    here are the lyrics
    http://www.stixoi.info/stixoi.php?in...80%CE%BF%CE%BD
"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to?
You will never find that life for which you are looking.
When the gods created man they allotted to him death,
but life they retained in their own keeping"

    Question

    Hi Amethystos

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately that is not the song.

(excuse my greek, i'm not good at the written word)
    The first few lines are:

'Den eho logia na sou bou,
    Den eho oneira na gano,
Da evro ena throbo na sou bou
Da evro ena throbo na do gano
    Da me thimasai......

    chorus
ya olous ehis zoi, ge na antio

there is a picture on this link of the singer-- maybe you may recognize him.

First of all I congrat you for the choice of gamato.info
It's a brilliant site for greek archives.
Secondly I'll say that I have no idea who's the singer of the song..... sorry

    So here you are...

Then echo logia na sou po
I have no words to say to you

    then echo oneira na kano
I have no dreams to make

tha vro ena tropo na sto po
I'll find a way to tell it to you

tha vro ena tropo na to kano
I'll find a way to do it

    Θα με θυμασαι άραγε αυτή την ώρα;
tha me thimase arage afti tin ora
Do you remember me , perhaps, this moment?

tha me thimase kai tha les perase i bora
You'll remember me and say "the bad weather is over" (or the rain shower)

tha me thimase ke tha kles tha me thimase
You'll remember me and cry, you'll do it

ki an mino monos mou pote sou min lipasai
And if I stay on my own never show pitty for me

Gia olous echi i zoi mia folitsa
Life does has got a little nest, for all

gia ta poulia pou den petan mia agalitsa
for the birds that don't fly a little hug

gia olous echi i zoi ke ena antio
Life does has got a "goodbye", for all

kapios ponai pio poli apo tous dio
(and) someone's hurting more than the other.

Min kles agapi mou min kles
Don't cry my love, don't cry

    ipervoles xero tha kano
    I know I'm gonna exaggerate,

    ke logia askopa min les
    and don't say pointless words

i nixta fevgi ke se chano
the night is leaving and I'm loosing you

but life they retained in their own keeping"

Amethystos-- Thank you, once again you come to my rescue!!

It is a real mystery who sings it though. The voice sounds familiar but just can't work it out!!
