Muzak song identification

I am trying to find the title and artist of a song that I keep hearing on the muzak piped into a retail store that I frequent. It is very hard to make out the words, as the guy singing seems to have sloppy speech. The only thing I think I can make out is: YOU'RE MY BABY, YOU'RE MY BABY. spoken very fast and it sounds as if it's slurred or sung by a band from outside the us?

any help?
