    @Duh, your name is very long, L o v e l y m i r a b e l a (I hope it's right)

    Well, "lazem" means "Should" and i have no idea what do you mean with the other translations.., but i am just SURE it means should or must
    and here's some examples so you don't get confused

    Ana lazem aro7
    أنا لازم اروح
    I must go
    ------
    Mirabela lazem ta3ref ma3na kalemat "Lazem
    ميرابيلا لازم تعرف معني كلمة "لازم
    Mirabela must know the meaning of "Lazem"
    ------
    qaletly lazem eshtry ketab
    قالتلي لازم إشتري كتاب
    she said i should buy a book

    I hope above is clear.., anyway, LAZEM means MUST or SHOULD

    =============

    To heal means = يشفي = youshfy, it's that way
    To begin = ebtada = إبتدا
    Day = Day in english means the morning & afternoon period, and it also mean the normal day, but, in Arabic:
    the morning & afternoon called نهار = Nahar
    day = Youm..., and actually in sometimes we (Syrian) say nahar at the meaning of day, but as you are tallking about Egyptian accent, so they just say, YOUM
    drunk = mastool for one person, but masatyl for alot of people, and mastool doesn't mean drunk = Mastool means stupid, and drunk means sakran
    dress = same as above, Foustan for dress, but many dresses means fasatyn
    go ahead = etifAdal, (You'd better give us an example for the time you say khalik, if you mean the time where you have guests and when they want to leave, we say khalik, it means, stay more
    to hope = itmana, but itmana la is mean "to hope to"
    Also = Barduh and kaman, both are right on Egyptian accent

    Well dear...i tried my best te explain, i hope i didn't confuse you more.., if you found anything not clear, tell me or anyone , okay?

    There's a little mistake in the second sentence, you wrote a5dak and it means take you, but you translate it as deceive a5da3ak & for the fourth sentence, it's not clear.., i understood خليك & حبك but the rest of words doesn't have meaning

    Pay attention to these little letter & wish you the best in this language
