Solved: "I'd do that"

Was randomly listening to some old favorite songs with my cousin and ran into a video of Brian from the Backstreet Boys talking about his wedding and mentioned the song they danced to being called "I'd do that" and I was looking for it because how he described it sounds like a really good song I will post as he describes it.

"It talks about a knight in armor would draw his sword to defend the woman he adored, would lay his life down in nothing flat and the pay off is 'I'd do that'"

If someone could possibly help me find this song it would be much appreciated! I can not seem to find any songs with that title.
