im not fluent in spanish. but from what i can tell i think its a name of a singer. so if u here it in reggaeton its probably bc its got him in it and he's getting/giving a shout out.

no, i dont think its a person. In the song by Plan B - GuataUba he says 'para darle guatauba'. i have a feeling it is something sexual? but i'm not sure - i cant find it anywhere

    bellaca/o = horny

saoco = Refer to something that was or has been very good.

    - Si te acostaste con una chica y te preguntan como te fue, le dices le di saoco.

    - Si tu madre ha cocinado algo bueno, se puede decir que lo que ella cocinó fue saoco.

Haha I don't really know where I'm going with this but I like to break down words soooo...

"Guata" alone means some one with a pot belly, or something/one fat.
so guatauba could be "guata-uva" literally like "fat grapes" so maybe he means "big balls" b/c he says "Yo voy a darle guata-uba, uba-uba-guata!)" so it kind of makes sense b/c the song is about sex.

Then he says "Tu quiere' gua-guatauba, yo quiero gua-guatagata"
I pretty sure he is saying "You (the girl) want big balls, I want a fat pus** "
It's pretty vulgar but so is the rest of the song.
