    Hello,

Need to identify a classic instrumental playing

It's in the beginning of the song In memoriam by Apocalyptica

I'd always assumed that as the band are cellists, that it was their own composition.

You are right, but the part I've uploaded seems like a song for Aladdin, something like that.

Give it time my friend, sometimes finding these songs can take weeks, or even months. Patience is a virtue.

My problem my friend Mixalopoulos is that I can't wait, I don't have enough Patience.

Really sorry, but the part of the complete song I'm searching really makes me in a rush because of it's beauty

Well look carefully. As a fan of Apocalyptica band I AM SURE this instrumental you think as a classical one and that is taken from some game is composed by Eicca Toppinen. Why should they cover a classical piece since they are symphonic rock/metal band.

You are right, but I have listened to that before or at least when I listen to it, I have a feeling that I've listened to it else where

Could you please help me in directing me where to go and search for this

I'm pretty sure I've listened to it else where

No you want to believe you've heard it somewhere but it's only in your mind. Listen to me. This composition is entirely made by Apocalyptica. Just listen to Aladinn's soundtrack if you want to make yourself pleased

It's part of the song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjiZs-t_ZqE
The intro and end on cello are performed by Max Lilja. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cult_%28album%29
I guess you could buy some other CDs he has been on if you like the song. http://www.discogs.com/artist/Max+Lilja
