Je veux savoir que ca veut dire quoi " tu me manques"?
does it mean "i miss you" or it means "you miss me"?

SO = DONC or SI.
She's so nice. = Elle est si gentille.
It was too cold so she didn't come. = Il faisait trop froid donc elle n'est pas venue.

I miss you. = Tu me manques.
You miss me. = Je te manque.

thanks a million...."i miss u" and "u miss me" is kinda confusing in French....!
now if i want to say "i miss him" it would be: Il me manque?
and what about "he miss me "?

The subject is je (I) or il (he), and the direct object is lui (him) or me (me)...

So...

Je lui manque = I miss him
Il me manque = He misses me

In English, you miss somebody, in French someone is missed by you

Au Québec, on dira aussi "Je m'ennuie de toi" for "I miss you" ; it's closer to the english way of saying it, but not used in Belgium at all (and I don't think they use it in France either).

What does it mean?when do u use it??

Tell it with flowers, means tell her you love her, by offering her flowers. Like if you can't say "I love you", flowers will prove it. It's often used for advertising.
