Old French song 70s or 80s

Hi everyone. I am trying to find an old 70s or 80s French song. My dad used to listen to that tape when he was driving.I don't speak French but it's stack on my head the last few weeks. It goes like this

Oh Monsieur Monsier.... o tat mouse (no idea if than makes sense)
and then the vocals where really funny... many ladies were singing over and over agian monsieur monsieur....

the song was singed by a man....
