Hi, I just saw this Video in VIVA in Austria:
In the music clip a (sexy teen) girl is singing & dancing (sitting on a sofa with a black guy in a club, in her car and at the pool). She looks latin, maybe with african roots (NOT Rihanna). In the car she wears skyblue high-heels.
The most notable is the sidewalks are moving like conveyor belts. There was a man sitting on a park bank with a dalmatian dog.
The song was probably released around October/November 2010.
I do not remember well the lyrics though.
