This helped me understand this song more. He is talking about how he feels about him loosing his lover who is with someone else now and he is alone.

Mul = Cost or Price.

its' Nai used for negation

Mul Nai Lagda = It doesn't cost anything.

Another Example

Is zameen da mul kee hai? = What's the cost of this land?
