mmmm..all I can tell you is that this is absolutely not romanian, but i cant identify what language it is....

i think that is rather chinese or maybe japanesse.

It is from a very popular Korean soap opera in 2002, called Endless Love: Winter Sonata. As far as I know, the song has at least 3 versions, Korean, Chinese and Japanese.
