I liked this Challa too

Meinu is karke pata laga because eh jihda song hai it talks about the plight of Indian Students in Australia. And This is what they do. The youngsters who want to settle in Australia many times use student Visas meant for students to go to Aus although studying is not their aim it is just a means of reaching there.
Then they work there and try to get green cards that makes them permanent citizens. This is the thing he talks about in the last stanza.

the last stanza is more like casting no particular meaning.
