i understand that he says : κάθε πάθη...

I hear the same too, which is something not correct.
It would make sense only if it would say "κάθε πάθος".
But still, it wouldn't make sense with the rest of the sentence.

At first I thought it says "κάθε βράδυ", something which would fit perfectly.

I think he says κάθε επαφή. he only changed the accent to sound better.

now that u mention it ..... it does sound like epafi :O
