I would love to give some structural criticism, but it sounds great. I personally think it would make an amazing R&B song, or possibly a slow acoustic/piano song.

Angel, I really do hope you realize the tremendous talent that you have for elegant expression of emotion. This is yet another amazing work. I'm not saying that just to please you, I'm saying it because it's the plain honest truth.

Many times I imagine your lyrics as a folk song, a ballad .. not that I like ballads all that much, because I don't but just because I can't imagine that any other genre could do your lyrics justice. As cah suggested, I think this could work great with piano or acoustic guitar.
