"Can't we talk it over in bed"

I can find lyrics and the fact it was sung by Olivia Newton John when searched thru google but this song was also performed by another artist (band perhaps) in the early 90s or late 80s.

It was more soulful (R&B) and I need to know the artist and if it was released under another name.

lyrics are

So far I can only find one other artist. I don't know if this is who you're looking for but I found 'Talk It Over' by Grayson Hugh. Hope that helps.

Now all I have to do is locate a copy. I know I had one at one stage, but think it was "borrowed". It does not seem to be available on any of the music download sites that I use.
