    Could someone explain please
    1. What is τονε? A variant of the male article, sg. acc?
    2. What does τα είπαμε mean in this context? We agree about that?

Yes, it is a suffix added at the end of many words, not just articles. Used mostly in the Ionian Sea islands but in mainland as well.
"I have fear for nothing and I have hope for nothing, I am, therefore, free."

Oh, sorry, I totally forgot. Yes, it's exactly what you figured out it is. We agreed upon. There are several ways to say something about agreement, for instance in another song, there is another scheme which goes like "τα μιλήσαμε, τα συμφωνήσαμε", so you see one somewhat presupposes the other.
