Solved: Early 90s Techno Song... hurricane express?

It cant be hurricane express since searching that in google amounted to nothing. There was this techno/dance song in the early 90s, 92 or 91 maybe 93, as much as I can remember, it did not have many lyrics apart from a chorus of men saying something like

hurricane express!

hurricane express!

aah!

of thats what it seemed it sounded like but its phonetics, probably not what they are saying.

Anybody know this song?
