Red face Sheryl Crow - Peace be upon us

Would someone be so kind as to translate the Arabic portions?
    Phonetic:

Nach mu sha go nu nef decher
Be an na nau, shabu salaam
Fe di no nau, di nu sil men
Wa ta ril cho nau, y’ach ki sa na
The world will turn even when we're gone
The earth will host many souls to come
    Who will write the history,
Tales of wise men, villains and innocent ones

    All you shepherds and sheep
When you wake from your sleep
It will be a new day
If you know what I mean
    Let me hear you say
Peace be upon us, Peace be upon us, Be upon us all
Peace be upon us, Peace be upon us, Be upon us all
    As-salaamu alykum Wa-alaykum assalaam
    As-salaamu alykum Wa-alaykum assalaam

Mach moey ba du salaam (Mach moey ba du salaam)
The meek shall inherit the earth

**when one person says “alsalam 3alaikom” the other person replies and says “wa3alaikom alsalam”

Walking down the street of dreams
Eating from the fruits of life
Tripping out on the smallest things
Trying to reach the light, trying to reach the light

Pick the key up off the floor
Put the key into the lock
Turn the lock, open up the door
Look at all you've got, look at all you've got

    All the sinners and saints
    All you creatures of faith
    Don't need to be afraid
If you know what I mean
    Let me hear you say

    Peace be upon us,
    Peace be upon us,
    Be upon us all
    Peace be upon us,
    Peace be upon us,
    Be upon us all

نحن شعب نفتخر بأننا شعب السلام
    Na7n sha3b nafta5ir, bi2anana sha3b elsalaam (Nahnu sha'b naftakhir, bianana sha'b elsalam)
We are a nation who is proud to say that we are the nation of peace
فديننا دين سلم وتاريخنا يحكي السلام
Fadinuna deen silmin, wataree5una ya7ki elsalaam (fadinuna deen silmin, watarekhuna yahki elsalam)
For our religion is a religion of tranquility, and our history talks about peace

The world will turn even when we're gone
The earth will host many souls to come
Who will write the history, tales of
    Wisemen, villains and innocent ones

    All you shepherds and sheep
When you wake from your sleep
It will be a new day
If you know what I mean
    Let me hear you say
    Peace be upon us,
    Peace be upon us,
    Be upon us all
    Peace be upon us,
    Peace be upon us,
    Be upon us all

    السلام عليكم
    As-salaamu alykum
    Peace be upon you
    وعليكم السلام
    Wa-alaykum assalaam
    And peace be upon you
    السلام عليكم
    As-salaamu alykum
    Peace be upon you
    وعليكم السلام
    Wa-alaykum assalaam
    And peace be upon you

    نحن عباد السلام
na7n 3ibad alsalam (nahnu ibad alsalam)
we are the worshipers of peace

The meek shall inherit the earth

Yes, that is the correct youtube video, I just started the lyrics at the Arabic verse. Thank you! I am currently arranging this for The South Coast Peace Choir. I would like to include the translation in the footnotes... I also need to write the Arabic words (phonetic) in the music. There are numbers (!) in the translation! 2, 3, 5, & 7... what are they supposed to be?

Thank you all for your help!!
If I were to write the Arabic words without the numbers, how would it be written? Do any letters need to be capitalized?
