Please ID this 80s pop rock/AOR tune

this is actually a 4 years-old request.
Someone has just recently posted a real sample on another forum, while someone else was looking for the song by lyrics back in 2006! (And AFAICS, the song had never been identified.)

Since you guys are real champions in 80's AOR stuff, chances are very good that this will get finally nailed once and for all. Really a nice song with a driving (shuffle) rock beat.
