help remembering a song!!

There is this song stuck in my head, but I cant recall the tune or the EXACT lyrics, so hopefully if you can help me out

I think its from 1999-2003 and it played on the air a lot. It was popish no rap and the words were something like "she left me with my heart in my hand" or "she stabbed me and left me bleeding" and there was something that had a part with a "window" in it, "she went through the window" and another part that says "She left me on the curb" or "she left me on the side"

I know thats not a lot but its been a week of this already
