Various Artists from the 90's

Years ago my Dad's roommate had this tape of various artists. I'm trying to find a certain song from it that I can't remember much from so mainly I'm trying to find the album. It had Freak Nasty's Da Dip and Spice Girls' Wannabe on it. It might have had Blackstreet's No Diggity but I'm not sure. The song I'm looking for didn't seem to me much of a dance song. Some of the lyrics are something like "should have guess what I've known is true (something something) with a one like you." I've done like 80 different searches and found nothing. Any help is muchly appreciated.

I know the song your talking about! lol I just cant place it. I think he is singing "a girl like you" I never met a girl like you etc.

No it's definitely not the song I'm thinking of. It's really driving me crazy because I can even remember bits of the video. I remember it's black and white and someone's pushing a baby stroller. I know this isn't a lot of information for this one song but SOMEONE out there has to know this song.
