I wrote this years ago when I were a young lad from yorkshire studying baudelaire at oxford...

Too many batmen in joker city
but there's no room here for pity:
He who stops laughing dies
and no one will hear your cries
in this hellish urban insanity.

and then much later I wrote part 2, which
in retrospect I herein name "Joker's poetry interlude"
which goes:

Just kidding I ain't no batman
any more than slim descibes the fatman.
Like up your *** goes a red hot poker
without a doubt I am the joker.

and in fact that second one contains a reference to Eminem / Marshall Mathers, and whether or not he takes a genuinely rebellious stance against the global "nuclear government" (the fatman was the nickname of the a-bomb, i think, or something like that)
