Thanks, Tina. I've corrected those 2 things. I forgot that видя is second-person singular aorist indicative form of видя. I impulsively translated видя as the 1st person sg, and infinitive *slaps her forehead*

So, the literal translation would be

Simply put - the guy is liked by both naughty students and desperate housewives / both naughty students and desperate housewives have hots for the guy.

One more thing - I wrote "wives" and not "housewives" because Bulgarian word for "housewife" is "домакиня". The title of the popular TV series was translated as "отчаяни съпруги" though. "Cъпругa" means "wife, spouse".
