mm mm mm - dance song from '90

Hi!

I am looking for a song but for now it's quite difficult to identify it.. i guess it will be a challenge even for the members around here.

The tune "says" something like that:

"mmh mmh mmh, mmh mmh mmh, there is the funky! mmh, mmh mhh mhhhhh" the main vocal is from a guy. I heard this song in 1994-1995 in clubs.

I would love to say YES but.. NO... the voice of the singer saying "mmm mmm mmm" it's strong.. mix of house and techno i guess..

Not sure if this will be very helpful but it might jog someones memory.
The song IS a house or techno track from the mid to late 90's and the artist is a guy called "DJ" something or other.
The title of the song is "mmm...mmm...mmm" but I can't remember how this was spelled.
I remember the video well as my then young son loved it!
The video starts with the singer climbing into a yellow taxi (european not U.S) and then being driven to different cities
in Europe.
Really hope this helps as I've been looking for years!
