Can anyone help me identify this song from Zumba class?

It's a fast-paced song with a strong Latin/salsa vibe to it. I don't really know any of the words except the chorus has female vocalist(s) singing "hey baby" and something about "delicious." I know that's not much to go on, but it's all I've got. :/ Any ideas?
