I'm pretty sure it's Persian or maybe Bukhari...
It sounds like Persian but it would probably be Bukhari since he himself is Bukhari (Bukhari is the language of the Bukhari Jews, who are from Uzbekistan/Kazakhstan/Tajikstan etc. and is a kind of Jewish dialect of Persian).
