I haven't heard of any Israeli artists performing in southern California, but I've been to few Israeli-themed parties in Los Angeles area.

I've been to shows in Israel though, and the first time I saw Dudu Tassa was at a pub in Tel Aviv actually. I was there with my buddies and he showed up inside, it was pretty cool, and a night I will always remember for sure.
