It can be a real pain trying to identify THAT old track, you used to listen back in the '80s.
I have a challenge for you: Can you identify the tracks? Please leave your message. I would be greatful and of course, I would be glad to help you as well in a similar manner. I have a hudge collection of 80's hits.
    Thanks in advance!

    please listen here:

track 1 - Den Harrow "Born To Love" - 1988

    track 2 - Tom Hooker "Feeling Okay" - 1988

    track 14 - Stephany "Shame" - 1983

track 15 - Cliff Richard "Never Say Die" - 1989

    --
track 8 - (solved by Dan on the YT) Split Enz - Dirty Creature - 1982

    --

    To track 13:
This is ITALIAN, and the chorus is "Sali a bordo" ( = Come aboard!)
That must be the title, but it might be a nightmare to track this down.
Lastly, I'm quite sure this singer is NOT Italian, he got a very strange accent.
Maybe someone from Spain singing in Italian?!

    #6 is Smiles - Magnetic Dance N. 1,4

Owww. Regarding your video #2, I've run into a nasty little problem: I can't watch this from where I live (contains content from Sony Music )
And I think I won't be the only one, so here's the audio from part #2 (a tricky (but working!) proxy tunnel was my life saver!)

http://www56.zippyshare.com/v/38973758/file.html (note: this mix starts with #16, which is the only left unknown track now)

#17 is Big Alice - Hot Games (= Kostas Bigalis, CBS Greece 1983)
#19 is Mercy, Mercy - Must Be Heaven
#20 is Matt Bianco - Matt's Mood II
#21 is Hugh Masekela - Lady
#23 is Flash And The Pan - Communication Breakdown
    #24 is Savage - Time
#25 is Gibson Brothers - Silver Nights

    [mix #3]
#29 is Paul Hardcastle - Don't Waste My Time

Yeah, once you got the hang of it, or better, figured out that the WHOLE of his samples are pitched up by one-odd semitone, things get much nicer. Because that's the reason why Shazam & Co would badly fail: they're allergic to excess pitching (well, frankly, me too )

Hmmm...that's what I noticed about the sound being pitched up but I couldn't express it or I wasn't sure to be exact. Did you identify them all? Any help can be offered

You did not yet read my bold print, did you?
OK, so I'd better move it down here.
There are still a couple tracks left to ID: (10) (those I could not and most likely will not track down by any means)
    #4 - 5 - 7 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 16 - 35

So yes, it IS on you guys now to nail these remaining few, of course.

Really they are. I'm sorry for not finding something about this huge list. I tried everything I could, even my father can't recognize these tracks who lived the greatest music generation of 80s. The only he could tell me that #35 In The Summertime is a cover by David Harleyson in 1993 but the cover in the video of our member sounds 80s and is very difficult to track. I have found 23 cvers of this song and non of these are the related one I'm sorry
