Its a patriotic/spritual motivational song and the main theme says "When we decide to do something and we have strong conviction in God then NO ONE can stop the way and there are no hurdles, We just have to remain convinced in OURSELVES and God and then THERE WILL BE A NEW DAY WHICH WOULD BRING SUCCESS"

Pehchan....Recogize (Verb)
Lay Gi..... Will (read in relation to above......Recognize)
In plain words..."Everyone would know us" "On whichever road we will go...people will know us" "We would be Fmous" "People would respect us everywhere, wherever we go on which ever road"
is it OK Now? or still some clarification req?
One ommission which i made in translation was abt SHAMAYAN...actually it means "Candles" (not Evenings) i thought it was SHAMAIN (Evenings)
