En la primera oración, "back" literalmente significa "espalda" queriendo decir más o menos que "cansaron (o agotaron) mucho" la resistencia. Usted sabrá expresarlo mejor en español.

"Went out of" en la segunda oración quiere decir que "salió de". En otras palabras, ya no querían luchar más.

Here "cuadro" means "table or chart".

First, I didn't dare to translate those sentences, excuse me.

(Nosotros) nos quedamos allí toda la noche cantando y riendo.

Bear in mind that "stay" (as you know) is present tense, but "quedamos" can be present and past perfect, so the Spanish sentence is ambiguous.
